The power required for the pipe bending machine's operation is derived entirely from the hydraulic system; aside from manual loading and unloading, the system's design allows for the automatic execution of the bending work cycle. The actions and functions of the hydraulic circuit within a single work cycle are as follows: pump stop/unloading → clamping cylinder rapid advance (die indexing and pipe clamping) → clamping cylinder working feed (pipe bending/pressing) → clamping cylinder pressure holding → roll-bending cylinder working feed (pipe roll-bending) → roll-bending cylinder rapid retract (roll-bending wheel reset) → clamping cylinder rapid retract (die reset) → pump unloading. How does the system perform during medium-frequency heating pipe bending? Experts from Huameng explain:

(1) The system utilizes an integrated manifold block with a stackable connection configuration; this reduces costs, minimizes leakage and contamination associated with piping and hydraulic fluid, ensures high system integration and ease of maintenance, and guarantees operational stability.

(2) Pilot-operated check valves are used to lock the circuits of most cylinders, minimizing pressure loss during operation and ensuring the cylinders can maintain their position at any point in the stroke, thereby ensuring the reliability of actions such as clamping and guiding.

(3) An unloading circuit is created using only a single solenoid-controlled relief valve, resulting in a simple system structure, efficient energy utilization, low power consumption, and significant energy savings.

(4) A combined pump setup is used for oil supply, and volumetric speed control is achieved by switching the energization states of solenoid valves 1YA and 2YA; this enables smooth pipe bending and rapid resetting, ensuring high operational efficiency and a simple structure.
