1. Interface-based three-layer architecture: Designed to reduce coupling between software and hardware and enable flexible connectivity, thereby allowing a single machine to support multiple control cards.
2. Process decomposition and "process file" concept: Traditional control systems often rely on fixed processing workflows, limiting the variety and complexity of bendable shapes. To overcome this, we decomposed the bending process into over a dozen basic actions and introduced the concept of "process files" to guide operations, thereby enhancing the equipment's adaptability to diverse pipe shapes.
3. Graphical display and editing of process files: Process files are displayed graphically based on a hierarchy of bends, work steps, and sub-steps. The system allows for direct editing of these files via the graphical interface, effectively implementing graphical "G-code programming."
4. Pipe shape file management: Pipe shape files store data describing the pipe's geometry. The system supports both XYZ and YBC coordinate formats and enables conversion between them; XYZ coordinates facilitate intuitive visualization of the shape, while YBC coordinates are optimized for the actual bending process. Based on preset process parameters, tubular component files can be automatically converted into process files that meet manufacturing requirements.
