Mitsubishi PLC + Self-developed Control System
This CNC pipe bending machine adopts a Mitsubishi PLC and a self-developed CNC system. Through a specially designed origin-finding structural logic, it minimizes the accuracy error caused by each return to the origin. The machine can also be equipped with an absolute servo system, paired with a host computer to achieve full closed-loop control.
The machine's control system is designed with comprehensive alarm and prompt functions, which facilitates quick troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and shutdowns, while preventing errors from causing equipment damage.
This machine has reserved interfaces for MES, robots, coordinate measuring machines, etc., which facilitates the expansion and development of automated workstations.
The bending action of this CNC pipe bending machine is driven by a servo motor, which transmits power through a precision reducer and an imported chain. After long-term use, the bending accuracy can be quickly restored by tightening the chain.
The 38 CNC pipe bending machine can be equipped with a servo side assist push to achieve absolute synchronization with the pipe bending action, reducing scratches caused by relative sliding between the mold and the pipe fitting; it can also be equipped with a high-power servo to achieve a strong rear push function, so as to accurately control the pipe bending elongation rate and thinning rate, and further improve the pipe bending quality.
The machine's self-made parts are manufactured in strict accordance with the required materials and processes. Purchased parts are sourced from well-known brands in Taiwan and Japan to ensure equipment quality.
