During operation, all components of the fully automatic pipe bending machine are protected against adverse environmental conditions (such as rain), improper handling, operational errors, and overloading. The machine's systems are designed to operate within a temperature range of ±40°C and humidity levels of 0–100%, and are suitable for use at altitudes between 0 and 3,000 meters. A suitable work site should be selected before operation begins. Since the quality of a fully automatic pipe bending machine is crucial to the quality of the finished products, how can one evaluate the machine's quality? Experts from Huameng Pipe Bending Machinery suggest considering the following aspects:

1. The hardness of the die holder and the die itself is also critical to the equipment's future operational performance. If the hardness of the die holder falls below HRC 60 or the die hardness falls below HRC 50, the quality of the hose crimping will be compromised.

2. Measure the equipment's key parameters: Operate the equipment in a no-load state and touch each mold base block; no vibration should be felt. Otherwise, the unit is considered non-compliant.

3. Install the mold onto the equipment and crimp a sample fitting. Measure the crimped fitting using calipers or a micrometer; roundness and taper values within 0.1 mm are considered excellent.

4. Finally, check the eight-segment uniformity of the equipment's mold base and the flatness of the mold. High-quality equipment incorporates specific controls and adjustments for these two aspects, whereas inferior equipment fails to regulate these parameters.

High-quality fully automatic pipe bending machines require attention to operational stability during the production process. This stability encompasses two key aspects: the alignment (or degree of overlap) of the tooling and the pressure gauge settings. Meeting the requirements in both areas is essential to prevent damage to the machine and its tooling while ensuring the quality of the bent workpieces. The tooling consists of upper and lower sections, and "alignment" refers to how these two parts match up. This alignment involves both longitudinal and lateral positioning; regarding longitudinal alignment, the gap between the upper and lower tooling must be carefully controlled—neither too wide nor too narrow. Consequently, adjusting this gap requires careful coordination with the pressure gauge settings.
