1. When starting the fully automatic pipe bending machine, ensure that no part of your body enters the area swept by the rotating arm. While the machine is in operation, all personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the space swept by the rotating arm and the pipe. The machine's hydraulic system uses YA-N32 general-purpose hydraulic oil; under normal circumstances, the oil should be changed annually, and the oil filter must be cleaned at the same time.

2. When adjusting the tooling, the person performing the adjustment must personally operate the controls; under no circumstances should one person adjust the machine while another operates the control panel. The mandrel must be removed when adjusting the machine or running it without a workpiece. Additionally, attention must be paid to the operating pressure of the hydraulic system.

3. When operating in manual mode, strictly avoid pushing the unit sideways at a speed exceeding the tangential velocity of the rotating mold edge. After the equipment has been in use for some time, the tension of the drive chains should be inspected to ensure consistent tightness across them.

4. When operating the fully automatic pipe bending machine in the mandrel bending mode, before the bending arm returns, the operator must ensure that the mandrel is inside the pipe, or ensure that the mandrel is in place when the bending arm returns.
