Replace the original trapezoidal screw with a ball screw to improve accuracy and reduce friction. Grind, scrape, and plastic guide rails, or directly use linear rolling guides to refine the spindle system. Design an automatic cooling chip removal system to improve spindle accuracy. Improve the automation of the machine tool. If necessary, add a tool change mechanism—the tool magazine robot designs and manufactures an automatic lubrication system.

In the transformation process, the CNC system and servo system must be determined and selected. The more functions a CNC system has, the better. Systems with more functions are generally more expensive. Domestic systems and imported systems should be selected according to needs. At present, there is still a gap between domestic systems and imported systems. For large-scale high-precision equipment, it is generally better to choose imported systems. However, domestic systems have made great progress in recent years and can be used reliably on general lathes and milling machines. Servo motor First choose AC servo motor.

The choice of remanufacturing CNC upgrading contracting company is also very important. It is necessary to choose a company that has passed the qualification certification. The current remanufacturing industry is still very unstandardized. The prices charged by different companies for the same machine tool modification vary greatly, sometimes as much as - times. The existing performance of the surveying and contracting company must be inspected on-site by the contracting company. Those companies that do not have a fixed site and a stable technical team cannot engage in remanufacturing. A good remanufacturing company must have strong mechanical and electrical design capabilities and certain processing and manufacturing capabilities.
