Hardware processing plants often handle various types of pipe fittings, but no single pipe bender is universal; each machine has inherent parameter limits regarding its bending capacity. For example, the DW38NC hydraulic pipe bender has a maximum bending capacity of 38.1mm x 2.0mm (based on A3 steel) and a minimum diameter of 11.4mm (with wall thickness limits varying by material); meanwhile, the "114" model flat-bending machine handles a maximum diameter of 114.3mm and a minimum of 45.72mm.
