The main structure of the automatic upsetting machine is an integrated ball cage design, which is integrally cast and has extremely high structural rigidity, making it suitable for high-strength and high-precision pipe end forming processing.
This machine is designed with multiple safety protection devices, including emergency stop switches in multiple locations, a dual-button start function, and a safety light curtain in the working area, providing multiple layers of protection to prevent accidental injury to personnel. It also features thermal overload shutdown protection to prevent equipment damage under abnormal operating conditions.
The equipment is designed with a front and rear dual positioning structure to meet the production needs of different products. The front positioning is a lifting structure controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, while the rear positioning is a mechanical structure that, while positioning, also supports and limits the slippage of the workpiece.
This machine adopts a quick mold interface design, which allows for quick assembly and disassembly of different molds, and production can begin immediately with minor adjustments.
The machine's operating system uses a PLC + touch screen control, featuring interactive human-machine interface that is simple, easy to learn, and easy to use. The PLC serves as the program carrier, enabling the equipment to have greater automation expandability and can be combined with components such as a feeding rack, vibratory feeder, robot, and external detection devices to form an automated processing unit.
This machine is designed with two workstations, enabling it to complete the end forming of complex pipe fittings. The movement of the molds between the multiple workstations is driven by hydraulic cylinders, ensuring high precision and convenient adjustment.
