Single-chip computer control, simple and easy to use
The DW-90NC semi-automatic pipe bending machine is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and features a Chinese touchscreen interface, making it simple and easy to use. It has preset manual and automatic modes; simply input the bending angle and other action times to achieve automatic cyclic pipe bending.
Semi-automatic pipe bending machines are often used in small-batch, multi-variety production processes, requiring frequent mold changes and adjustments. This machine adopts a quick mold interface design, allowing for rapid assembly and disassembly of different molds, and enabling immediate pipe bending with minimal adjustments.
This machine is designed with multiple safety protection devices, such as an anti-pinch emergency stop on the inside of the bending arm and an emergency stop switch on the control panel, which can immediately stop the equipment's power motor in an emergency to prevent personal injury. At the same time, this machine has a thermal overload shutdown protection function to prevent equipment damage under abnormal operating conditions.
Depending on the customer's factory environment requirements, this machine offers a choice of water-cooled or air-cooled systems. Water cooling provides superior performance, but requires the customer to connect an external circulating cooling water system. Air cooling offers some heat dissipation capabilities without requiring any other external peripherals.
The clamping structure adopts a triangular locking structure design, which uses a hydraulic cylinder to push the orifice plate mechanism to achieve a three-point locking function, effectively improving the reliability of the pipe bend.
The main structural components of this machine are all integrally formed using castings, resulting in a robust and reliable structure. Furthermore, each component has been reinforced, increasing its rigidity and making bending of pipes easier and more stable.
