Precision-ground gearbox head design
The 425 fully automatic pipe cutting machine uses a full gear cutting head composed of precision-ground helical gears. The saw blade rotates smoothly and the force on each tooth is uniform, which can effectively improve the cutting progress and saw blade life.
This machine adopts a quick mold interface design, which allows for quick assembly and disassembly of different molds, and production can begin immediately with minor adjustments.
This machine is driven by a dual hydraulic system, which controls the machine's actions in separate zones. The hydraulic circuit for feeding the cutter is separated from the clamping and pulling actions to prevent mutual interference when the actions are performed simultaneously, resulting in more stable sawing.
This machine uses a dual-speed motor with two sets of synchronous pulleys with different speed ratios to adjust the speed, achieving 4-level speed regulation. It is suitable for a wider range of pipe materials and wall thicknesses, and the speed matching is more precise.
This fully automatic pipe cutting machine adopts a Mitsubishi PLC and a self-developed CNC system, which can realize functions such as fixed length, variable length programmed cutting, and mixed length programmed cutting, and is compatible with various working conditions.
This machine is designed with a tail material pulling function. It automatically starts by matching the length of the pipe fitting through the system, and can achieve tailless cutting in the shortest possible time, reducing material waste.
